Must haves:

  • Expertise in hard disk drive (HDD) technologies, ideally HAMR
  • Advanced degree (M.S. or higher) in Physics, Materials Science or related
  • Strong knowledge of head/media interfaces and areal density scaling

Nice to have: Experience with head/media reliability validation at scale.
